These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application METAEGG (the “App”) provided by BOC STORENET SDN BHD (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using METAEGG, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our hen adoption and egg delivery service, you agree to receive fresh eggs on a recurring basis according to your selected package (1, 6, or 12 months).

• • Each subscription entitles you to approximately 30 eggs per month per adopted hen.
• • Subscription begins upon successful payment confirmation
• • Egg production is based on natural laying cycles and may vary slightly

2. Payment & Billing

All subscriptions require full upfront payment for the selected duration:

• • 1 month: RM 44
• • 6 months: RM 264
• • 12 months: RM 528

Additional terms:

• • All payments are non-refundable once confirmed
• • Prices are fixed for the duration of the subscription

3. Delivery Terms

We aim to deliver fresh eggs on a monthly basis:

• • Deliveries are scheduled based on your subscription start date
• • Delivery dates may be adjusted due to logistics, weather, or operational factors
• • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or absence may require redelivery fees

4. Egg Production Disclaimer

Egg supply depends on natural farm conditions:

• • Egg production may vary due to hen health, weather, or environmental factors
• • In the event of temporary shortfall, the company may:
• • Adjust delivery quantities, or
• • Fulfill balance in subsequent deliveries
  • Eggs supplied may not originate from a specific individual hen, but from the assigned farm pool

5. Hen Adoption Terms

Hen adoption is a symbolic participation model:

• • Adoption does not constitute legal ownership of the hen
• • The company retains full management and care of all livestock
• • The assigned hen ID is for tracking and engagement purposes only

6. Biosecurity & Farm Operations

Biosecurity & Farm Operations

• • All farm activities are subject to biosecurity and safety regulations
• • Farm visits (if any) are subject to prior approval and conditions
• • The company reserves the right to change farm partners when necessary

7. ESG & Sustainability Data

Any ESG or impact data provided:

• • Is based on estimated calculations and available farm data
• • Is for informational purposes only
• • Does not constitute certified carbon credit unless explicitly stated

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated
• • In exceptional cases, the company may provide alternatives at its discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

• • The company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, logistics disruptions)
• • Liability is limited to the value of the subscription purchased

10. Amendments

• • The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time
• • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms
